Background:
Client's nickname was Chuckie from Rugrats because of his resemblance to the cartoon character. Him and his friends put on events at multiple high end snowboarding locations (such as Killington, Big Bear, etc.). This year marks the 10 year anniversary, so for his first tattoo he went with this design from Peter.
